I have been attending Alex's sessions at Wallace House and i can honestly say the combination of yoga and guided mindfulness is so unique and has been wonderful for my health and well being, her breadth of knowledge is amazing, i wouldn't hesitate in recommending, 5 stars xxx
Alex’s yoga class has been just what I was looking for- a welcoming atmosphere, practicing to my ability. & a friendly feel to the class. I have also attended workshops (excellent) & regularly the meno support group. Alex really knows her stuff & delivers it in an accessible way. Highly recommend ????

I joined Alex beginner's yoga classes on Tuesday evenings earlier this year having never done yoga before. I am really enjoying the classes and they have really helped me with my flexibility and general fitness and well-being. The classes are friendly and Alex is really supportive. I would highly recommend them.

Alex is a lovely lady who is passionate about what she does.She is friendly and kind and I highly recommend her yoga classesAlways feel great coming away from one of her sessions

Alex's class is so enjoyable. Her classes are for the new beginner as well as the more advanced yoga enthusiasts. She makes yoga a beautiful personal experience...????????Namaste ????
